Donte Wong

Founder & CEO. Donte has spent his career making sure technology held up when it actually mattered: as Director of Information Technology for a $1B+ organization, and before that in U.S. Air Force cyber operations.

He grew up in Washington State and joined the Air Force chasing something specific: the chance to put real capability behind work bigger than himself. He got it, building and securing technology for 70,000+ people who never had the option of a bad day, and sustaining 99.9% uptime across three network enclaves running around the clock.

Then he took over the whole function. As Director of Information Technology, he was the most senior technology leader in the building: strategy, security, vendors, and the money. He retired the last file server, built the organization's key business systems in-house rather than licensed, and landed the portfolio roughly $24,000 under plan in a deficit year. More capability, not more spending.

That chapter is why Mount Xion exists.   A $2.8M technology refresh across an enterprise: 1,800 devices replaced, cutting average device age from 8 years to 3 and supporting security for a $65M network. Alongside it, a $3.7M technology project portfolio managed and equipment deployment cut from a week to 24 hours.

• Trusted with the highest-stakes missions

  Evaluated 280 compliance items securing 347 presidential airlift missions; coordinated the base's first JWICS intelligence circuit enabling 4,000+ airlift missions.
