Founder & Principal Consultant. Donte has spent fourteen years making sure technology held up when it actually mattered, first in U.S. Air Force cyber operations, then in the executive chair of a $1B+ community foundation.
He grew up in Washington State and joined the Air Force chasing something specific: the chance to put real capability behind work bigger than himself. Those years were the training ground: a $54M enterprise network, 11,000+ endpoints, teams of up to 30 technicians, and more than $20M in security modernization delivered for 70,000+ people who never had the option of a bad day. Eight-plus federal inspections, zero critical findings.
Then he took the executive chair. As Director of Information Technology for a $1B+ community foundation, he was the only technology executive in the building. More than 60 staff, a $12.3M operating budget, and the entire portfolio on his desk: strategy, security, vendors, and the money. He advised the executive leadership team and owned board and committee reporting, on time and without surprises. He inherited a role nobody had defined, and left it a governed executive function.
He also modernized what the organization actually ran on. On-premise file servers were retired into SharePoint and OneDrive, identity was consolidated on Entra ID and the legacy platform shut down, every device came under Intune management, and the business systems were rebuilt cloud-first, including an advisor CRM and executive dashboard built in-house rather than licensed. Benchmarked against peer foundations, it finished ahead on cloud adoption, device management, identity modernization, and AI. The technology portfolio still landed roughly $24,000 under plan in a year the organization absorbed an operating deficit.
That is the pattern he brings to clients: more capability, not more spending. Duplicate platforms consolidated, licenses right-sized, vendors held to their contracts, and AI put in the hands of every staff member so a lean team produces like a much larger one.

The firm is based in San Antonio, where military orders brought the family and where they have made their home.
